At Velora Leads, we are committed to providing real estate agents with high-quality seller leads through Facebook Ads, along with advanced automation and notification tools to streamline their lead generation process.

Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing to our services:

1. Subscription Fees

   • Our monthly subscription fee of $49 is not a payment for leads.

   • This fee covers the automation, tools, and systems we use to generate and deliver leads directly to you.

   • All Facebook Ad costs are fully covered by Velora Leads — you do not pay for advertising.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

   • All subscription payments are non-refundable.

   • Once your subscription fee is charged, the funds are immediately allocated toward the monthly tools and systems used to run your campaigns.

   • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in your subscription period.

3. Cancellation

   • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

   • Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but your current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid month.

4. Referral Fee

   • When you close a deal from any lead provided by Velora Leads, a 10% referral fee will be charged based on the commission earned from that transaction.

By subscribing to Velora Leads, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy, and agree to its terms.
