How many leads can I get in a month?

We don't have a limited plan. You can get as many as you can. Whatever we generate from the Ads in your desired zip codes will be shared with you. average number leads could be 1-3 on a monthly basis.

Do I get charged for my own leads as well?

No. We don't charge anything for the leads that are your own or you got them from some other source. we will only charge you 10% for the leads that we generate for you.

How much does it cost?

We only have a monthly subscription of $49.99. This is for your exclusive zip codes and setting up the automation for your lead flow in our system. this help us cover the tools cost which are essential for notifications and automations.

What information do I get for the lead?

Our landing pages require the basic contact information from the lead. Full name, Phone Number, Property Address and emails are optional for leads.

Do you charge for leads as well?

No, we don't charge anything for the leads. Any lead that will be generated for you will be free of cost and you are also not charged for the Ads as well. We simply charge 10% referral fee when you close the leads from us.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, You don't have to make a commitment for a certain time or anything. You can cancel your subscription at anytime without any penalty or fee. You would have to utilize the month you paid for and after your subscription is cancelled and expired before the next charge, your account will be terminated.

What If a lead doesn't convert?

Our survival depends upon closing but we don't guarantee closings. Selling home is a big commitment and not everyone will be ready to sell just like that. Our goal is to generate leads that have shown interest in selling and submitted their information on our Ads. We will keep on providing you the leads till it converts.

Do you have a CRM or Portal that I can use?

We don't have a CRM or Portal that you need to manage manually. All the process and tasks are taken care by our professionals so that you can focus on one thing, which is, working on the leads.

Do I have to share the commission every time the same lead closes a deal with me?

No. We will only charge you the 10% the first time. after that, the lead is yours! so if the customer decides to purchase a property or sell one again, you get to keep all the commission to yourself.

Is the monthly subscription Refundable?

Our monthly subscription is non-refundable. These funds are invested in tools that help us generate leads for you. Please signup keeping in mind that we don't refund the subscription once it's charged, since it automatically renews the tools at the end of the month for us to generate the leads for you.

Will I have to invest in Ads you run as well?

No, we will run the Ads by our own pocket. You don't get charged for that. That is specifically why, we charge that 10% to recover the money we invested in Ads with profit.
